    Two leading Swiss organizations, a major hospital and a pharmaceutical company, have trusted dbi services to improve their infrastructure and prepare for the future. Each relies on a different platform: while one uses SUSE Rancher, the other adopts Red Hat OpenShift. Both operate at similar scales and rely on cluster automation to manage their Kubernetes lifecycle effectively. 
    In this session, we will highlight the technology choices made by these large players, along with their differences and similarities. We will discuss the governance and technical challenges we faced and share the lessons learned.
