 International transfers

With the exception of data processed by Google Analytics, YouTube, Microsoft Clarity & Matomo Cloud in the USA, we process and host your personal data in Switzerland or within the European Economic Area (EEA) (see: Appendix 1 to the Privacy Statement below).    

Should we need to use a foreign service provider located in a country that does not have an adequate level of data protection according to the competent data protection authorities, we will adopt the additional measures required by law before any communication of your data abroad, such as signing standard contractual data protection clauses.

Data security

Security measures (technical and organizational) consistent with standard practices have been put in place, taking into account the risks involved, to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, disclosure or unauthorized access.

Applicable law

As part of our activities, we are subject to the provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The competent supervisory authority for personal data protection is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

This Statement may be updated at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to the Statement will be posted on this page.

The Statement is effective as of 07.12.2023 and replaces all previous documents.
