What personal data is collected and for what purposes?
We apply the principle of minimizing personal data and only process data that is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used. With this in mind, the personal data we process, and their purposes, can be summarized as follows:

Data recipients
In order to make the site available to you, to ensure its smooth functioning and to provide accessible services, it may sometimes be necessary to communicate your personal data to third parties, in particular:
– to suppliers, service providers and agents: occasionally, we may retain or appoint other companies or individuals to act in particular as subcontractors in order to provide content and perform services on our behalf (for example, in order to host site content, provide certain site services, conduct research, monitor and analyse the status of our network and the effectiveness of our communication, etc.);
– to all entities of the Sequotech group: of which dbi services is a part, including their suppliers, service providers and agents, who may be involved in the provision of the site, its services or content.
– to the platforms and tools used for our campaigns: LinkedIn (campaign delivery and Lead Gen Forms), Zapier (automated transmission of form submissions), Microsoft 365 (storage and delivery of content, appointment scheduling via Microsoft Bookings) and our CRM tool (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), which process your data on our behalf or in accordance with their own privacy policies.
International transfers
With the exception of data processed by the services listed in Appendix 1, we process and host your personal data in Switzerland or within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Should we need to use a foreign service provider located in a country that does not have an adequate level of data protection according to the competent data protection authorities, we will adopt the additional measures required by law before any communication of your data abroad, such as signing standard contractual data protection clauses.
Data retention
Data collected through our campaigns is retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us, unless a business relationship is established or you request its deletion earlier. Data submitted via LinkedIn is deleted from the platform by LinkedIn after 90 days.
Data security
Security measures (technical and organizational) consistent with standard practices have been put in place, taking into account the risks involved, to protect your personal data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, disclosure or unauthorized access.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and receive a copy of your personal data, as well as the right to object to its processing, in particular to any marketing communication. Every follow-up e-mail contains an unsubscribe link. To exercise your rights, please contact us at the address given below.
Applicable law
As part of our activities, we are subject to the provisions of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). The competent supervisory authority for personal data protection is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Modifications
This Statement may be updated at any time without prior notice. Any modifications to the Statement will be posted on this page.
The Statement is effective as of 17.09.2026 and replaces all previous documents.
