Mit einer Gesamtzufriedenheitsrate von 96 % und wenn man alle Kategorien ber\u00fccksichtigt, liegt dbi services 16 Punkte \u00fcber dem Landesdurchschnitt der zertifizierten Unternehmen (80 %) und 37 Punkte \u00fcber denen ohne Zertifizierung (59 %). Dieser ausgezeichnete Punktestand ist unter anderem auf die Unternehmenskultur zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, zu der die Mitarbeiter aktiv beitragen und die auf folgenden Werten basiert: Austausch, Vertrauen und Gerechtigkeit  <br>Die Ergebnisse von 2018 haben dbi services eine Verbesserung erm\u00f6glicht 2018 erreichte dbi services den 17. Platz in der Kategorie der Unternehmen mit 50 bis 249 Angestellten. Dieses Ergebnis wurde zwar als zufriedenstellend betrachtet, man wollte sich jedoch nicht damit abfinden. Daher hat die Gesch\u00e4ftsleitung schnelle und konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen eingeleitet, bei denen es speziell um die Wahrnehmung der Bed\u00fcrfnisse seiner Mitarbeiter ging. So wurden partizipative Projekte, an denen die Mitarbeiter aktiv beteiligt sind, auf die Beine gestellt, und Ergebnisse \u2013 wie die Einf\u00fchrung von Telearbeit \u2013 wurden erzielt. Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen haben sich positiv ausgewirkt, denn die Zufriedenheitsrate hat sich gegen\u00fcber dem Ergebnis von 2018 um 7 Punkte verbessert.    <br>R\u00fccksprache und Einbeziehung sind die Schl\u00fcssel zur Zufriedenheit W\u00e4hrend der Preisverleihung am Donnerstag, den 4. April 2019, erkl\u00e4rte Alain Lacour, einer der Arbeitnehmervertreter: \u201eMan hat uns nach unserer Meinung gefragt und uns zugeh\u00f6rt, so wurden die Mitarbeiter st\u00e4rker in das Betriebsleben und die Pl\u00e4ne f\u00fcr das Unternehmen involviert.
