Documents in checked-out state continued to be displayed with the normal icon, even if xPlore indexed attribute value for \u201c<strong>r_lock_owner<\/strong>\u201d. This attribute contains the user name who has checked-out the document.<\/p>\n<p>In the following picture, you can see the search result with the wrong icon, whereas in the \u201c<strong>Version<\/strong>\u201d window, the checked-out icon appears for the current version:<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"easyblog-thumb-preview\" title=\"1-FulltextSearch-Wrong-Icon.png\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dbi-services.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/1-FulltextSearch-Wrong-Icon.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"1-FulltextSearch-Wrong-Icon.png\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dbi-services.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/04\/1-FulltextSearch-Wrong-Icon.png\" alt=\"1-FulltextSearch-Wrong-Icon.png\" width=\"667\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This result implies that D2 displays the results provided by xPlore directly, without any further check based on \u201cr_object_id\u201d for updated metadata values.<br \/>\nAt this stage, xPlore only returned document information without value for \u201cr_lock_owner\u201d.<br \/>\nThe reason is that after the user had checked-out the document, no queue item was created to tell the index-agent to re-index the document with a value for the \u201cr_lock_owner\u201d attribute.<br \/>\n<strong>In order to ask index agent to index again the document, we have to register the \u201cdm_checkout\u201d event on \u201cdm_sysobject\u201d type for \u201cdm_fulltext_index_user\u201d.<\/strong><br \/>\nHowever, the reverse operation must also been registered, for \u201cdm_unlock\u201d and inform xPlore the document is not checked-out anymore.<\/p>\n<p>First, we need to verify that the event is not registered for the user index. Using DQL, the following query must return no result:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; background: none repeat scroll 0% 0% #e6e6ff; padding: 0cm 0cm 0cm 30px;\" align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>select<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong> * <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>from<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong> dmi_registry <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>where<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong> user_name=&#8217;dm_fulltext_index_user&#8217; <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>and<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong> event=&#8217;dm_checkout&#8217;;<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Then we need to retrieve r_object_id of the dm_sys_object type:<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;
