- You can save it again or update it (for example changing the time range field)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Now suppose you have deleted your report you can Load the json <\/strong>file to have your saved template ( every user with this file can load this template, using sharing option can be easier to send this template to many users we will see that in another blog )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Select export and choose json <\/strong>format ( after that you will be able to load this template and even share it we will se how in another blog ) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Export file format JSON for your template<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- We can see that “End Time<\/strong>” field is here as expected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- You can now open your PDF <\/strong>report and see if all is displaying as expected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Select the file type ( CSV <\/strong>or PDF <\/strong>) and save it<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Click on it : The report will be generated <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Perform a refresh, the end time column is now displaying <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Drag and drop it in the visible columns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- In the first report we miss one field regarding the end time<\/strong> , let’s add it by using the column chooser<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Add the columns you need <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- To select one or more jobs you can use the Like <\/strong>parameter and the *<\/strong> symbol <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Once all the filters fields are filled click on refresh <\/strong>and see if job is displaying <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- If you use the IS <\/strong>parameter you should enter the exact name of the job you are looking for ( wildcard will be used for the LIKE <\/strong>parameter ) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Choose the comparison field to find your job<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Select the job\/Member nam<\/strong>e option to filter your report by jobname<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Use the filter tab to select the time range <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Select jobs execution and click on add <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
- Open the history drop down menu in right pane<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
