class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Order a job <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As a reminder we will quickly check the different ways to order a job with the default options<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 on the <strong>Order <\/strong>button to order your job ( this is the default configuration )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Order a job with hold status <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In some case , you will want to order your jobs on monitoring domain using the hold status ( sometime to cross check or validate last modifications before running them )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do that ,you must <strong>manually tick the box Hold and click on the order button<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Order a job with hold status always on<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now for some reason( for me it is to be safe when ordering a job as I am used to double check my ordered jobs)  we can activate a Control-m option which is not defined by default, it is the &#8220;<strong>OrderForceWithHoldAlwaysOn<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all ,connect to the <strong>CCM <\/strong>and to <strong>EM system parameters <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dbi-services.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/liz.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23176\" width=\"943\" height=\"426\" &#8220;<strong>hold<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You will have the corresponding line displaying <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When you check the default value you can see that it is set to <strong>0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>you can also check the description of this option<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dbi-services.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/03\/02-1024x600.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23178\" width=\"876\" height=\"513\" ordered the job on hold status as expected<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>What if your change is not taken in account?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I had this specific case where I enabled the hold option but when trying to order my jobs the box was still unticked,also that is how to proceed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">First method:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tick\/untick the box manually , then go out of the job<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Try to order it again, it should work<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">If it is still not working:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tick\/untick the box manually and order the job<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must therefore perform this task so subsequently jobs will take this change into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you know how to order your jobs with the hold status, it can be useful for your daily work and it is a feature you may not know so I hope
