This was because our number of jobs was increasing significantly and we were not able to load jobs for our surveys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a well known issue but let&#8217;s do a quick reminder and test to show how it works,it can also be useful for those who never had this problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">History pane <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On the Control-M GUI select the history pane<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"84\" height=\"488\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dbi-services.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/02\/image-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22582\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can now try to load all the jobs from all folder or use a filter to load only a certain amount of job or a specific application* ( if you do that you will probably be able to avoid the max history loading issue we will explain that later)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dbi-services.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/02\/CTMBG1105error.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22584\" width=\"663\" height=\"688\" the archive from 01\/02\/2023 we get this famous issue.It explains us that we have a limitation to load the jobs form this archive viewpoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large total job number is <strong>1105<\/strong> jobs.We will now go to the <strong>CCM <\/strong>and check what&#8217;s wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Check CCM parameters<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once connected to the <strong>CCM <\/strong>we will look for the parameters to update the maximum number of jobs loaded in the archive viewpoint:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For that you must right-click on EM SERVER component and select System parameters:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" &#8220;Advanced&#8221; Part:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"974\" height=\"719\" bar type the following value <strong>LimitArchiveJobsInMem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dbi-services.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/02\/CTMBGSYSPARM3-1024x193.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22591\" width=\"924\" height=\"174\" the max defined ( for our test purpose ) is <strong>900 <\/strong>whereas the default value is  <strong>40 000<\/strong> that is the reason why we get this display error<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update the Value <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I set the value to its default ( usually when you get this loading issue, it&#8217;s because your job number loaded was above this value for example <strong>50 000<\/strong> jobs in the archive,so in that  let&#8217;s increase it to <strong>60 000<\/strong> or <strong>80 000<\/strong>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the refresh type parameter is set to <strong>automatic <\/strong>there is need to restart any component to be taken in account. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img class=\"wp-block-heading\">Load the archive viewpoint <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now we have updated the Control-M EM parameters, we will check if it is possible to display the jobs in the history pane. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dbi-services.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/02\/CTMBGSYSPARMokkkk-1024x264.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22598\" width=\"1168\" height=\"300\" is now possible to load the archive in order to check jobs outputs and logs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As said before you can have some case when you will not face this problem even if you have more jobs than the limit defined in the CCM parameters: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you load only one or few jobs ( less than the limit ) fo that you can you the customize filter to load the jobs to be checked:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"561\" height=\"583\" select the folder or the job to load instead of loading the whole plan of the given DAY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"618\" folder has less than the job limit configured for the <strong>LimitArchiveJobsInMem<\/strong> ,you should be able to see it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you know how to quickly fix this display problem, I must admit it&#8217;s been a while since I last saw this error and also I had forgotten the exact parameter to update \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So
