Since October 2011 and only one year after being founded, dbi services is part of the exclusive circle of ISO/IEC 20000-1 certified IT service companies. The certification is renowned worldwide and stands for excellence in IT Service Management. It ensures the compliance with professional quality standards implemented by the certified companies on the basis of documented processes and controls.
